Four Lenses of Reflection: Experiences of Teacher Educators

To have in-depth exploration of the experiences teacher educators’ about four lenses reflection. In Pakistani context there is dearth reflection and reflective practice studies educators. So it underscores need for in Pakistan. The methodological approach chosen this study was Narrative. Participants were selected purposively. Data collected through narrative interviews. For data analysis narratives participants constructed then themes identified. explored that educators use their professional lives. They follow favorite teachers, take feedback from students, share with colleagues but they narrated habits specifically purpose are not very good. Study also revealed sometimes reluctant to practices because less supportive organizational culture lack mutual trust. It recommended light findings here train administration teachers how can be used productively.
